The head of the local Department of Cultural Policy Ninisterial Councillor Dr.Frhr.v.Gregory has presented to you some time ago in a lecture the broadcasting conditions in the Fro- tektorat. First of all, it was intended to summarize German and Czech radio broadcasting in the Protectorate orga- nizational form and to form a subsidiary of the Reichsrundfunkgesellschaft. However, it emerged from the later discussions with its experts that such an association in Protectorate was not regarded as useful. As a result, the Head of the Department of Cultural Policy has received the order to carry out a conversion of the Czech Broadcasting Company in line with German interests, which has been carried out in the same way. The Reichsssender Böhmen is not affected by this in any way. Although the Czech Broadcasting Corporation has, of course, been politically under our supervision, it has been a company under Czech management, whose shares of 2/0.40 to 51 % belonged to the Protectorate Government and 49 % to the private sector.The new regulation now provides for the following: -n3 p. f /
