By the regulation amending the Gasstättsgesetz of 24 November 1941 (Rgesetzl.I, p.769) the following new no.7 has been added in § 16 (1) of the Restaurant Act? "7.) Intensified penalties for presumption of office, etc. Again and again criminals have disguised themselves as police officers, W-members or Wehrmacht members when committing serious crimes.
