The Reichsfahrer-f wishes that all judicial proceedings in the 1⁄2- and police jurisdiction be carried out with the greatest acceleration (see 9. The Reichsführer-1⁄2 has ordered that he be informed in the future before the provisional arrest or other significant measures in the investigation proceedings, if they are higher 1⁄2-leaders or police officers. To this end it is noted that the information of the ReichsFührer always in the case of ranks from the rank of a -standartenführers resp. The Reichsführer has ordered that all criminal acts of the - and police jurisdiction, in which death sentences have been given or at life-long penitentiary or temporary penitent over 1o years have been recognized to him, must be submitted according to legal force for his information on the serious crime, insofar as the files with the judgment have not already been available to the ReichsFührer-f elsewhere. The previous orders on confirmation and enforcement remain unaffected. The files are to be headed by the Hauptamt 4-Journal. 7
