In connection with the relevant matter, I would like to point out that both the German retailer and the German craftsman are complaining in the Protectorate that they are very badly cutting off the Czech retailer and against the Czech craftsman in the allocation of raw materials and goods. This is due to the fact that the consumption figures of the previous years are used to take account of current needs. However, the consumption rates from previous years could be decisive for the German retailer and the German craftsman of the well-known political conditions / against this. I cannot judge whether and to what extent these statements are true. In the Old Kingdom the conditions have been similar with the consumption figures of the Aryan companies and the Jewish companies. In this case the inadequacies revealed have been eliminated by the fact that at the request of the Aarian companies refined consumption figures have been granted.
