The Böhmisch-Mährische Bank (formerly Legiobank) in B000.0 Prague as the sole shareholder of Insurance A.G. "Linde" (former Legie) had for a long time already decided to sell this share ownership.As an interested party for this share package, the "Merkur" insurance A. G. in Prague was already registered as the first institution in November 1939. As further interests, the "general Elenentar" insurance company, which is assigned to the protectorate for business operations, and the "Nordstern" insurance group,Berlin, other applicants have appeared in the first stadiun of the negotiations.The "Merkur" agreed to purchase the entire purchase price of the insurance company.
