203a -9L- Occupational group 22 Domestic services : The situation is characterized by a growing need for house assistants, which cannot be satisfied closely either. Forces with German and Czech language skills are particularly sought out. Older people with corresponding professional experience, especially with cooking skills, are still particularly welcome. In Iglau, for example, it was possible to fill a large number of vacancies with school leavers. With the large need for several hundred vacancies in individual medium-sized and larger cities, this path will also have to be taken in the interest of the households in question. It should also be welcomed for educational reasons. Bérufgruppe 23 U n g e r n t e a r : placement and demand in the field of "unskilled work" provides good evidence for the assessment of trends in general employment development. The need for auxiliary staff is extremely high in the whole area of the Protectorate. Moravian Ostrava counts him in his district with a total of 1000 men, Iglau alone for railway and road construction with 1,400 workers.i. Also in the construction aid work in the latter district an obvious lack of strength has been shown, in Ig Lau itself 180 job vacancies are compared with only about 15 employment-restricted workers. In view of numerous construction measures and the increased demand of the metal industry, Strakonitz has an unmet demand of 170 workers. Furthermore, there is a shortage of auxiliary personnel in Jitschin, Königgrätz, Kremsier and Tabor, while German Brod only meets the requirements of the Luftwaffe with more than 100 men by withdrawing the forces in other cases.
