English Translation

I explained in particular how my request had been rejected in the meeting on 24 May 1940, the Lohpolitik on the basis of Article 1l.Abs. 2 of the Führerer's Decree of 16.3.1939 into the own administration and how then the compromise came about, after which my clerk, Diplomwirt Hummel,as section head of wage policy should be assigned to the Ministry of Social and Health Administration,in order to act there as a lying arm of the wage council, but under the instructions of the Minister Klumpar,in the sense of the implementation of the oscillating wage policy. Before I could go into the reasons why, contrary to my opinion, Hunmel was against the use of the diploma country, he was not an official and seemed to be too pronounced to fit into the Czech Ministry, Mr Börger, the Councillor of State, spoke. The ministerial conductors Dr. Rachner and Dr. Kimmich also took part in the debate, as did the ministerial councillor Dr. Classen. The result was the following: 1.) The previous leadership of wage policy is taken note, X 2.) The introduction of the state-led German wage policy will be approved, 3.) The compromise of the posting of a German official as section head to the Czech Ministry will not be accepted, 4.) According to this, the Reichsarbeitsministerium will not agree to any government councils on the intended Verwenduhg and also not on the secondment of the graduate farmer Huamel. 5.) A compromiseless implementation of the German wage policy in the sense of the rejected request of the main officer for wage policy is considered to be correct.
