I asked the criminal police to decide on the continuation of the detention according to their discretion. Since, after the LASSBERG has been interrogated by the police, at which the moment of the trusteeship's qualification ceases to exist in the criminal act and which is likely to be only in respect of an act of the MÜLLER co-inflict, there is no reason for further release in the detention, I have expressed to the criminal police the wish to releaseLASSBERG after his interrogation.
