On the part of the Hungarian government, the contract of sale was void. The Slovak government wants to recognise the contract of sale, provided it is granted a corresponding influence in the new company. In purely legal terms, I would also like to regard the contract as conditionally void because of the constitutional agreement of the Czechoslovak National Assembly. 5./ However, it is undoubtedly in the political interest of the German people not to declare this nullity, but to use the mine ownership of the Brünn A.G. gunworks to bring the absolute majority of the Ferdinands-Nondbahn into German hands by the following way: The Brünn-A.G gunworks. transfer this mine property to the Ferdinands-Nordbahn as a property contribution and receive herefor the shares of Ferdinands Nordbahn, which are procured by an increase in share capital. Even taking into account the current price value of the Nordbahn shares, this would mean a capital increase of approximately K 40,000,000.-. The current share capital of Ferdinands-Nordbahn amounts to approximately K 75,000.--, of which in German hands are approximately K 27,000.-.
