159 note on the Ferdinands Nordbahn in Moravian-Ostrava. 1./ The Ferdinands-Nordbahn is currently the largest coal union in the Protectorate after the Witkowitz mining and ironworks union. It is therefore extremely important for the coal industry. 2./ It is probably the oldest public limited company. Its share capital currently amounts to approximately K 74.000,000.--. As a result of the complicated legal situation, only the voting-right ratio is represented, since a representation of the distribution of the share capital does not lead to the correct results. Currently there are 4,806 votes, of which the narrow majority, namely 2,586 are united in a syndicate, which thus dominates the Ferdinands-Nordbahn. 3./ In the syndicate, the votes are distributed as follows: a/ Živno-Bank 1293 b/ Brünner Waffen /Reichswerke Hermann Göring/ 918 c/ Bankhaus E.v.Nikolai, Vienna /Truhändisch für das Reich / 375 together: 2586
