The KdD has an interest in the fact that the Legio Bank, now Bohemian-Mährische Bank, does not enter the sphere of interest of the Deutsche Bank, since this will not achieve a strengthening of the German banking system for the future, since at such a transfer the majority of the Czech businesses migrate to other banks and thus only the Czech part of the bank wins, the Germans best - if the frozen debits are preserved. The KdD would enter into a community of interests in the most confidential form with Legiobank, control their business and monitor their internal activities by agents. It cannot be in the sense of a reasonable policy to facilitate the existence of Czech institutions by the abolition of Legiobank, on the contrary, the multiformity of Czech banking can hinder the expansion of a single strong Czech bank.
