The whole reference note and large reference note system must be brought into a uniform line in terms of form and handling. 1./ For this purpose, the Ministry of Agriculture must form a special department with a specialist in order to design uniform samples for all forms required in the war food industry and best also to be printed equally /reference certificates, large purchase tickets, submission forms, envelopes for order forms and ticket sections, index sheets, application forms for large purchase certificates, directories/. 2./ In the whole Protectorate there may be only one sample of the subscription note, as well as a special form, which already differs externally from the reference note from the large subscription note. 3./ Introduction of a subscription note or large subscription card, separately according to the type of product and supplier. 4./ Samples of a consecutively numbered to leading directory about all issued subscription notes respectively. 5./ The Ministry of Agriculture must give precise instructions to the district authorities whether or when they are entitled to issue references.
