English Translation
11 Working Party on Labour and Social Affairs. X39 Prague, 28 September 1939. In my view, the existing government regulation, which provides that redundancies of at least 1 0 workers and redundancies of less than 1 0 % of workers in establishments employing more than 700 workers are notifiable in enterprises employing up to 700 workers, is entirely sufficient. It complies with the old-age legislation laid down in Section 20 of the Law on the Order of National Labour. The dismissals must be notified to the Czech Ministry of Social and Health Administration, which in turn will involve us. It is not possible to see why in this matter, which in the Old Kingdom alone is one of the tasks of the Reichstreuhänder of work, here in the Protectorate all at once the Czech employment offices are to be switched on. This paragraph of the note of 15.9. is contained in the note on the limitation of the change of job of l8.9. It is interesting to note that here in this note itself it is suggested that the situation here in the Protectorate is an O 3, 11 C.
