The agreement between the Reichskommissar für Altmaterial verwertung and the Wirtschaftsgruppe Brauerei und Mälzerei (see footnote 4 to 1/40) I will send to you for information. I note the following: The district authorities, who are called by the head of the economic group, are instructed to sit down with you. I have for the time been dissociating myself from the integration of these agents into the district administration offices, because I believe that close cooperation with you is sufficient. If, over time, there is a need for integration, I ask you to report accordingly. I ask to build up the transport community according to the experience gained in your district, taking into account the particular needs of the recycling of waste materials. Unruly companies of the business group brewery and malting are, if necessary, restricted in the allocation of fuel or withdrawal of the car — for example according to §§ 15/16 RLG. — to comply with the agreement. However, I request that your consent be given only in particularly urgent exceptional cases because of the urgency of the collection of waste materials and = transports for the use by places of demand according to §§ 15/16 NLG. The local representatives of the economic group are at the same time instructed to take up and maintain the closest contact with their respective country=(provincial)nutrition office. I ask you, too, to resolve the common questions in agreement with the regional (province) nutrition office. If necessary, the questions of doubt must be discussed in regular repetitive statements.
