Consecration between the Reichskommissar für Altmaterialverwertung and the Wirtschaftsgruppe Brauerei und Mälzerei, Berlin, about the cinsaß of the fleet of the brewing industry for the transport of old materials. I. Grundsäşliches. The Economic Group agrees to make the fleet of its members available for the collection of waste materials, in particular scrap and metals; the journeys to be made for the collecting of the waste material are essential services which must be carried out in addition to the supply of the customers. The vehicles of the breweries have the task of collecting the quantities of waste material in question from the collection points and to promote them to the demand points. II. Organisation. (a) the head of the economic group, which is called upon by the Reich = Ministry of Economic Affairs to deal with all questions relating to these transports; (c) are appointed and dismissed by the head of the business group. III. Costs. Breweries shall be reimbursed for the costs incurred to them. Smaller transports and by-loads of up to 25% of the loading capacity shall be carried out without calculation of a Cntgelt. Larger breweries are required, according to the instructions of the head of the economic group, to provide their vehicles free of charge with equipment for coupling trailers and, if necessary, to procure trailers at their own expense. IV. Cooperation of the business group with the Reichskommissar. All questions of fundamental importance are dealt with in agreement between the Reichskommissar and the head of the economic group. The Reich= Kommissar is in favour of the necessary preparatory work being carried out by the regional economic offices and the economic offices, which consists in the collection of the material, the periodic detection of the collection points and the accumulated quantities as well as the position of auxiliary personnel for loading and unloading.
