68 Deterioration. They are disorderly and the individual subject areas are confused, so that they must be sorted before any use is made. This will happen once the young libraries have completed their current work. The sorted bookers should then be assigned to the individual institutes for storage and supervision. Inventory directories from earlier times are only available in a few cases and overviews of the transferred and retrans- ported items have not been drawn up by the relevant bodies. Therefore, it is no longer possible to determine today which inventory has been present in the closed Czech universities, especially since the inventory was previously in accordance with the law. The collection of the inventory can therefore only cover the material now available.I have all the institutes of the German scientific universities, which, after the closure of the Czech universities, have all institutes with their facilities or parts. In addition to the list of the rich's own estates, a special inventory must be kept by the Institutes for the purpose of carrying out the same task and making it compulsory for them to keep a separate inventory of the holdings of the Czech universities, as well as of the items which I have further assigned to them on a case-by-case basis. In addition, the items taken over will be recorded and the transfer will be confirmed. These records and certificates will be kept with me and will complement the pre-specified Institute's description. This will simultaneously ensure that the items still in stock and placed on the market are kept in the same way. Time not yet inventoryed pieces will also be recorded in the foreseeable future. Un. trpane R % /L 3+
