STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 1941, sig. 109-6/33
English Translation
4 '4 Olomouc County Council July 1940 The complaints arising in the population can hardly be described as consisting in terms of enthusiasm: the only thing that is seriously complained about is the small allocation of butter, which in turn only meets the German population, since it does not participate in the trade and in fact depends only on the quota allocated to it. Hiebei is always referred to the Sudetenland and the Old Kingdom, where the quantities are considerably larger, while here they are only 3 dhg butter per head per week. The Czechs and Jews, on the other hand, get any amount under their hands, so that they do not meet this measure at all, while the German population suffers greatly from it. The same applies to the small allocation of soap, where it is only the German population, which comes here too short, while the fishes can obtain everything under the hand and also procure it.
