According to the agreement reached between the Secretary of State and the Under-Secretary of State, Ringel is to receive a government director's office. As soon as the post is vacant, the dismissal of Ringel will take place. Whereas it is not necessary at present to take further steps in the matter; whereas, however, it is advisable to take account of the outcome of the case; whereas it is therefore advisable to ensure that the case is dealt with in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 13.7.1941 with the signatory;
