English Translation
Among these cases, there are also those who bear witness that on the contrary the people of both nationalities are in agreement. Thus there were cases in which Czechs and Germans were tossing together at the inn and chatting with each other. Only in a merry state do they often argue for small things /wirthouse debate/ and the like, whereby differences in the languages and ethnicity lead to their national feelings being injured on the one hand. Such disputes and differences of opinion cannot be avoided with the best of will where members of both nationalities come into contact every day.The nature of the matter also shows that such actions can be prevented by individuals in advance, because they largely escape from it.
