2 Prague, 6 June 194o. 1.) V e r m e r k . On the order of 4-group leader Frank, I spoke to the 9.44-deadhead regiment on a telephonic basis on the 5.6.194o, as opposed to the clear agreement with the regiment's adjutant, -Obersturm leader Rossberger, it had come to the conclusion that eight riding horses had been requested as a replacement by the police department in Moravian Ostrau. As is well known, the agreement had gone to the point where the replacement by M-Standartenführer Fegelein was to be procured by F-Statartenfahrer or, if this was not possible, covered by a purchase to be made by the Protectorate government in Slovakia. The Führer, responsible for the order to the police department in Moravia-Ostrava, had to be investigated and had to state in writing why he had issued the order. 4h group leader Frank expressly reserved the right to initiate disciplinary measures against the leader concerned. 2.) Wvl. on 7.6.194o to the signatory.
