The commander of the security police in Prague, 23 Sept. 1941. and SD OCT Tgb.No. B.d.S. IV 8549/41 CSPGRGBPPOTTSOT PSpaepeT B submitted to the Under-Secretary of State Dr. v. Burgsdorff in Prague with reference to the oral order of 22 Sept.41. Theft has been taken as the subject of in-depth surveys by the State Police (stripping the entire area, conducting searches, checking the other explosives deposits). The commander of the security police has instructed the protectorate's explosives authorities to pay greater attention to compliance with the safeguards regulations and to immediately put an end to inconsistencies. Furthermore, a draft regulation on tightening the penalties for defective detention or supervision of explosives in preparation is also required.
