-151 Prague, 27.9.1941 Note: Reichsprotector Frhr. von N e u r a t h has given the President of State Dr. Emil Hác h a, in his interview on 78./x.4/ and in his discussion on the following stated: "Despite the extraordinary stiffening of the political situation in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia in the last weeks and despite the anti-rich activity of certain Czech blements as well as the increasing sabotage and strike cases, the autonomous government has so far done nothing to maintain and ensure the rest and recovery in the protectorate. Neither Minister President Eliaß nor any of the other responsible ministers has taken a position by word or writing or any action against the incitement of the population of the Pro- tectorate by the hostile radio or by unknowing heretics and rattle leaders in the country. This behaviour compels him (the Imperial Protector) to express his fiercest displeasure at the behaviour of the Pro- tectorate government and to warn the Prime Minister Elias as well as the members of the government. He (the Imperial Protector) expressly asks the President to send this statement and warning to the Prime Minister Bliaß for the government. He hopes that the initiative to restore peace and order will now be taken by the Prime Ministers."
