M The persons mentioned above, from points l to Z, slaughtered black cattle, pigs and calves in the period from lbvember l940 to mid-September I94l. According to the latest findings, the total number of animals is 84 (about 60 cattle, 20 pigs and 4 calves). If the average slaughter weight of the cattle is 200 kg, the pigs 50 kg and the calves over 40 kg, this results in a meat quantity of about l3 l60 kg, which would have been sufficient for the allocation of at least 8 200 persons for one month. Those referred to in paragraphs 1 to 7 have used the shortage of meat in unscrupulous ways in order to obtain very considerable wine by means of black slaughtering and the sale of meat; they have sabotaged the measures taken to supply the population by withdrawing the large quantities of meat. In this respect, it is particularly reprehensible that the meat was placed on the market without veterinary inspection and there was therefore a risk that:
