The administrative reform in Protectorate and the reorganisation of my authority is to be regarded as over, the regulation has appeared and the work is now being done with significantly reduced numbers. The open announcement by the Secretary of State Backe in his King's speech that the Protectorate is delivering 200,000 tons of grain cargo to the Old Kingdom this year was politically missed and has a bad impact on the Czech farmers in the forced delivery of this year's harvest.
