The legal basis was already established. He added on the immediate identification of the translated authorities for expendable labour=forces for the war economy and said that this should be as fast and unbureaucratic as possible by the heads of authorities. The chairman of the government declared the readiness of the protectorate government to participate fully in this total war effort in the home country. The Secretary of State concluded the discussion with the expectation of unreserved cooperation/the protectorate Government.
