English Translation

On February 7, 1943, Minister Hruby spoke at the opening of the battle for the destruction of the city. I asked for a clear statement in this speech against Bolshevism. Minister H Ruby, however, gave a strongly nationally emphasized speech, but he omitted the sentences against Bolschevism which he had prescribed. It is about the sentences: "For a millennium, since the invasions of the Turks and Mongol hordes, the fate of Europe did not pass by the abyss as hard as in this biggest of all wars. The Czech peasant also regards Bol-shewism as his mortal enemy, to which he stands irreconcilably against. We are aware that everything that is sacred and expensive would be destroyed if the flood of the mud of Bolshevism were to pour over Europe." Minister Hruby will find an excuse for this just as Mr Elias felt for his kittens. But there is no one on the German side who believes him. I remind Minister Hruby of his promise given to 4-upper group leader Heydrich, I remind him of his oath and warn him today for the last time. If Minister H Ruby believes that he can or must now demission by democratic parliamentary methods, he is mistaken.
