English Translation
Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, I have appointed you today to express for the last time, in the presence of the President of the Council, Minister Dr Krejčí, and the Minister for People's Enlightenment responsible for politics and propaganda, Mr Moravec, the Minister Hruby, my gravest displeasure about his political plot. In a ministerial meeting with me at the end of last year, I announced that now is not the time to give Czech-national speeches and demands, but that it is only time for speeches and actions to increase the labour performance of the Czech people to the extreme in order to achieve victory. I also sent a letter to Minister Hruby to the President of the Government on 2 December. Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, I should like to thank the rapporteur for his excellent report. I am extremely sorry that Minister Hruby did not understand my warnings and I hope that he will understand me today.
