In the foundry the casters had moved away from the furnaces. As far as the cause of the strike was concerned, it seems to be worth noting that on 2.9.4l also 15 minutes had been laid down in the turning shop, foundry and in the assembly hall of the above-mentioned work. At the time of this stoppage, the l5-member works committee of the Directorate's plant presented a letter calling for higher wages and better nutrition. The local department did not receive any information about this stopover. On the part of the directorate, a negotiation was refused due to the stoppage of work on that day. At a later meeting of the management of the plant, at which the works committee was present var, there was a more lively debate in which a member of the factory committee known for its conmunist condensation demanded, in a typically communist way, from the present Director General, the provision of land (agricultural goods) to the directors working in the plant to remedy the food problems of all the members of the company. Since the dismissal of the workers on ll.9.4l did not precede a demand from the workers, but the strike of the whole workforce began suddenly, investigations were immediately carried out within the factory to determine the editors of the strike slogan. Despite in-depth interrogations and interrogations, these could not be put under the almost two thousand-member workers' custody. As a retaliation measure, 150 workers were arrested, who had not yet begun work at the appearance of the state police in the individual workrooms. However, 82 of these persons were dismissed after consultation with the management in order to maintain the currently strong production - it is intended to apply for the duration of the war for a part of the workers still arrested, with the aim of being admitted to a hospital.
