In order to order the conditions of the city of Prague, I ask the competent authority to take the following measures: l.) The Administrative Commission of the City of Prague will be dissolved in its previous form and will remain as an advisory body. The Administrative Committee will be disbanded. 2.) The Chairman of the Administrative Commission, Dr. K l a p k a, while retaining the title Primator, receives the rights and duties of a governmental commissioner. 3.) The Vice-Chairman of the Administrative Commission, Prof. P f i t z n e r, while maintaining the title primators' representatives, receives rights and obligations of a genuine permanent representative of the government commissioner. 4.) The Primator shall take part in all matters which he himself decides to involve the Primator representative by means of the registration. 5.) If Primator and Primator representatives do not find themselves on a measure, the State Authority shall decide. 6.) The primator representative may be informed of all measures taken by the services and bodies of the City of Prague. 7.) The state authority also decides on the opposition for non-participation of the primator representative. 8.) The decisions to be taken by the state authority in the opposition proceedings need to be confirmed by the Oberlandrat. I ask for notification of the initiate up to 5.12.l939. The National Authority in Prague, the Primator of the City of Prague and the Primators' representative have received copies of this announcement.
