By decree of 11 July 1940, the national prejident in Prague entrusted the national vize= President JuDr. Alois Rih a with the commissary's perception of the affairs of the Primator of the capital Prague until further notice. President of the State Dr. Alois Riha met in the Old Town Hall after 6 p.m. in the company of the Presidential Boards, the State Office Dr. M o- ravek and Dr. Blaschek, where he was welcomed by the President's Board of the capital Prague Dr. K ug, and took over the presiding management of the business of the Primator of the Capital Prague. Born in Brachiß, near Tchaslau, on 1 July 1875, he attended the Ghmnasium in Reichenau an der Kn. and studied law and state science at the Czech University in Prague.
