The Secretary of State is aware of the situation reports that they are deliberately defaitistic and represent a collection of material of hidden attacks against the rich's organs and their activities. I would be grateful if you would put together clear examples of the reports - sorted by subject matter and followed by time series - and send me the overview as soon as possible. As an indication of such examples, I refer in the accompanying report to the statement on the state of the contagious diseases, the agricultural situation and the supply situation. The overview is needed for a discussion which the Secretary of State intends to hold shortly with Minister Ježek. I am in favour of a final discussion of the matter.
