SZ St.S. IV M - 135/42. Prague, 26 June 1942. 9/92f 1) V e r m e r k. In official place appeared on 25. d. Mts. Herr and Prau v.Danek and proved to be the owner of the castle Tloskau, which should be expropriated in addition to the associated area in favor of the Y-experiment site Beneschau. v.Danek presented a letter sent to the Secretary of State by a 4-group leader, Grawitz, requesting that Mr. and Mrs. v. Danek be given advice and assistance in the relevant matter. It emerged from the conversation with Mr. & Mrs. vanek that they were concerned about whether they would receive an equivalent asset as a substitute from the Land Office. Although the Land Office promised to hand over a list of suitable replacement objects, it has not submitted the list to this day. To the Prague, whether he (by Danek) could not name an equivalent good on his own, I got the answer that one is interested in the estate Litten (?) near Prague. I have reassured Mr. and Mrs. v.Danek and promised them that I would ask the Land Office about the state of affairs. 2) K.H. with this note and 1 annex, presented to the Secretary of State for his approval. As can be seen from the accompanying elaboration, Mr v.Danek, at the initiative of the Oberlandrat in Tabor in 1941, still made expenses of RM 38 000 for the property, nevertheless already at that time established and, as I was assured by Mr. Ministerialrat Fischer, was also known to the Oberlandsrat that the property had to be expropriated.
