23a Reichsführer-i was commissioned to resume the planning of a 4-exercise site at Beneschau. On 13.2.1941 (entered on 26.2.1941) the Reichsfahrer-b submitted an application with a sketch of maps, in which only the transfer of a smaller piece of space in the north was requested during the war period. Tloskau would not have been affected by this. The rest of the place was to be used after the war. This planning request was sent to dém Oberlandrat in Tabor by letter of 1.3.1941. Bieser was invited at the same time to a meeting on 14.3., to which he never appeared. 4.) In the following time the work on the establishment of an ij-force training ground was only slowly progressing, since at first no way was found for the rearing of the sanatorium Prosetschnitz and the workers at the weapon-il changed several times. On 30 December the Reichsführer-i submitted a new request for an area of 3,700 ha in the western part of the square. 5.) At the beginning of 1942, the Reichsführer applied for the immediate evacuation of the entire area. On request of the Öbergruppenführers, he decided on the 6.2. that the planning of the i-force training ground would be agreed, but the evacuation had to be carried out on a zone-by-zone basis, taking into account the food situation. Since the signature of the letters to the Reichsführer and the other departments by the Obergruppenführers was delayed, on 24 February I informed the Oberlandrat Dr. H e r t e 1 by a personal letter of the decision of the Ober-gruppen führer. On 2.3.1942 the official notification of the Upper Land Council departed from here.
