25.)Redemption of civil rights of honour. The court of law makes little use of the sentence of honor "Redemnification of civil honours", which involves very severe falsifications, although the law expressly provides for them in certain sentences (§ 32 StGB). The withdrawal of the civil rights of honour is not tantamount to the incompetence of defence, but goes considerably further in their effects. There is k: in occasion to exclude those sentenced by the li- and police courts from these reductions in honour of the general criminal law; much more it seems born to recognize in addition to the other honorary sentences also the civil honorary rights in all cases in which the facts suggest this. 26.) Public documents. The following means of record are to be determined and suitable to provide proof of certain facts for and against everyone and are therefore to be included as public documents: the Wehrstammkarte, the Wehrenstammrolle, the Wärstammbuch, the Gesundheitbuch der Wehrpass, the Trockenstammrole and the Kriegstammrole. Likewise, the use cards must be appended from the eye view, in which they have been transferred "in wars" to the services listed in § 12 para.3b of D 3/10. Of course, the paybook is also an official document.
