Copy. 53 The head of the party law firm Munich, 6.1.1943 Circular No. 3/43. When examining various submissions, it could be noted that in some Gauen "Gauverweisungen" and "Gauerverbohre" were read. Persons whose stay in a Gau uner- unerwant were asked to leave the Gau. They had to commit themselves in writing not to rejoin him. In some cases the local services of the secret state police provided assistance in the execution of the Gauverweisung. In the case of the parties concerned and in the public sphere, the references were often interpreted as a sign of weakness, since other measures were apparently spared, or could not be applied. It was not wrong to point out that in some of the figures there are obviously other "foreign" routes in which uncomfortable persons can be deported. Since the gauver-referrals and bans can give the impression that a uniform political view and orientation does not prevail in all the Gauen of the Great German Reich, I ask that such measures remain in the future. This opinion does not affect the residence and prohibition of the secret state police for certain persons from superior state police points of view. eg. M. Bormann P.d.R.D.A.: :feu, employee
