-2- The German-Soviet Treaty of Borders and Friendship. The German Reich Government and the UassR Government were concerned with the disintegration of the Polish-Bishopric Stsate as their task to restore peace and order in these territories, and to secure a peaceful existence, which was determined by the people of Poland, to xekikterex. For this purpose they have agreed on the following : Article I. The German Reich Government and the UassR Government define as the boundary of the mutual interests of the Reich in the territory of the former Polish State the line drawn in the preceding map + and to be described in a supplementary protocol, Article II. Both parts acknowledge as definitive the limit laid down in Article I of the Reich's interests and will reject any binding of third powers in diose regulation. The necessary state reregulation in the Gdieten west of the line indicated in Article 1 of the German Reich regulation, in the gbieten east of this line the revaluation of the UaSr. Article IV. The German Reichsregierung and the UassR government were concerned with the above regulation as a sure pundant for a continued development of the French-seal relations between their peoples. Article V. This Treaty will be ratified and the instruments of ratification will be exchanged in Berlin as soon as possible.
