English Translation
b - 17 - The previous appropriations for technical expenses, programme expenses, administrative expenses, general expenses, expenses in kind and other financial needs have not taken into account the outstanding one-off expenditures, since they can be disbursed from the current budget resources of the non-company. No funds are available to cover these expenses outside the current need for credit, since the Czech Broadcasting Corporation is unable to provide sufficient reserves or reserves for this purpose. It has been the case that aie TRG, having regard to the low share capital of 100.o0o Mk., has always had considerable banking obligations in respect of the investments it has undertaken and the level of operating costs. The postal administration, which was informed of this state, rejected the increase in share capital or the allocation of higher current budget resources in each case, and only limited itself to the fact that the broadcasting portion of the radio fee was paid monthly by the individual postal services. In this way, in the years 1933 - 1938 a total grant of the post office of 750,000.- Mk. was created, which was converted on 6.5.39 into a Darlehn of 700,000 Mk and from which the TRG paid back on 8.3.41 25,0o Mk . It is worth noting that the Ministry of Transport (post office in Prague) together with the Czech Ministry of Pinanz was the supervisory authority of the former Czech radio stations. Both ministries have the capital and financial position of the Czech Radio G.m.b.H. The company was so manipulated that it was not able to finance the political-pro=pagandistic and artistic tasks entrusted to it.
