- 10 - 32 4. General expenses. EEEEE33ERIE For explanation: The Czech Radio G.m.b.H. has only in Moravia-Ostrava a small radio-owned building, in which the transmitter d d a d d d is closed with all working areas. All other broadcasters, including the TRG's central operation in Prague, are housed in non-circular buildings: the Prague operation in the building of Schwerinstr. 12 belonging to the Protectorate Post, the Brno operation in Sokol stadium administered by the Wehrmacht, rented rooms of the Huskirche and rented rooms in the German town hall. Nevertheless, there are considerable expenses for buildings, property management and structural changes, since the broadcasting operation makes them necessary to an extent that is not regularly borne by the landlord. It should also be borne in mind that the Czech Broadcasting Authority (G.m.b.H.) After the task of these rooms considerable expenses will arise for the restoration of the old condition, since the landlord has the equipment. The current accommodation of the broadcasting companies is completely unsatisfactory. All necessary installations for operating purposes pass with the installation into the property of the property owner. If these rooms are to be abandoned, radio broadcasting will have to keep these facilities in the building on a regular basis. Therefore, even though they might have to be activated under normal conditions, the expenses for this must be booked out exclusively at expenses. It is worth noting that the Protectorate Post has so far left the rooms for the accommodation of the broadcasting companies in Prague and Brno free of charge to the Czech Radio. But now more demands the protectorate post for the rooms in Schwerinstr. 12 approx. 240.000 Mk. annually rent and rejects for Brno the rental cost assumption for the Sokolstadion in the amount of 10.300 mk. annual.
