The bookstore Andree has always maintained a publishing house in addition to the assortment and antiquariat, albeit in a smaller way. The flowering of Andrees' publishing house was in the middle of the last century, and the focus of the publishing work at that time was on the publication of the Prague views of Morstadt and Janscha. The publishing work has never been demolished by the business successors of Karl Andree, even though it has not been as active in recent decades as in the above mentioned period. In continuation of the publishing tradition, we were the first to publish the accompanying poetry band of the young Berlin poet Käthe Kamossa after the takeover of Andreé. If a publisher undertakes a publishing task, one of the most beautiful is certainly to help young talented talents break through. We believe that Käthe Ka- mossa is one of those talents that deserve a publishing promotion and that should be encouraged to continue their artistic work. b.w. 129 4000 42 TO-157/42
