8. The topping-out ceremony on March 3rd. The Topping-up ceremony is organized by the exhibition management. It takes place in a guest hall in the 1st floor of the municipal house (Repre). The participants are the workers, foremen, construction managers and members of the exhibition leadership. The workers are all Czechs. The planning of the programme will only be Czech by decision of the Secretary of State. The design of the topping-out ceremony is planned as follows: simple food, beer according to beer brands, 2 rounds of schnapps. The entertainment programme includes a small singing band, and humorous lectures by Vlasta Burian and Ferenz Futurista. The normal curfew hour is observed.
