89 - 9 - 18) As in the Food Affairs Unit, the questions of supply of the population with products other than food and feed (Reg.Vdg.Slg.No. 150/l939 as amended) are united. This unit also includes matters relating to supply of coal to the population as far as possible. In accordance with the applicable regulations, the political authorities are competent to do so (cf. in particular the decree of the Lord Reich Protector dated 2 January 1941, vol. Bl.R.Prot., p.46, and the decree No.4 of the Coal Industry Office for Bohemia and Moravia dated 26 March 194l, Vol. BL.R, prot. p.l28). 19) In the Price Affairs Unit, all questions relating to prices shall be summarised in so far as they are subject to the district authorities under Reg.Vdg. Coll. No.12l/l939 as amended by Reg. Vdg.189/1940 and under the regulations issued under this Regulation, except for the matters of the control service and the penalties. 20) The Food, Supply and Price Control Service Unit includes the exercise of the control service to an extent transferred to the district authorities under Part I of this Decree and the exerciseof the control services in the coal industry,as far as it is the responsibility of the district authority.
