However, the senior official must also pay attention to the fact that the merchants are supplied with the necessary goods in good time and, in the event that disruptions occur in such supplies, he must examine the causes in due time and then remove them in an appropriate place or report them as quickly as possible by his intervention. In doing so, special care and rigour must be taken to the absolute order in the handling of the reference certificate.
