Miy G.R. with 6 attachments ch2 Jo Lo Kavien confiscates Mr. Ministerialrat Liebenow in pursuit of the inscriptions sent to the Secretary of State from 17.d.M. - without sign. As can be seen from the contents of Appendices 4 to 6, the necessary orders have been issued for the services under the responsibility of the Secretary of State in his capacity as Higher 4 and Police Chief to combat fraud. I would ask you to take note of these orders and to refer to Annexes 1 to 3.
