Excellency, Most Honourable Lord! The feelings of gratitude that you wanted to express to the Holy Father anew on the occasion of the appearance of the encyclical "Mystici Cor poris" bear witness to your faith and your pious attitude and reaffirm the love with which you are attached to Sr. Holiness. You have truly not missed what the Holy Father intended to do with this encyclical, namely that people, taught in a festive manner by the common bond that binds them, should enable the weapons of the Grolles with which they are currently tormented to be placed and give place to the fraternal love of Christ. That is why you have also expressed the wish that this, which is stated in this letter, may be accepted by all diligently and without delay.
