-15 - the possibilities for the environmental exploitation of the farm have to be dealt with sparingly.This all had an influence on the constructive design of the motorway and consequently the aforementioned instructions for the preparation of the general projects were changed.However, because the urnp:referential instructions were very similar to the German ones, their adaptation to the new conditions was very easy. This question was discussed by the Inspector General of the German Roads Dr. Todt with the Czech Minister of Public Works D.Čivera at the end of March l939 at a Prague meeting on the further planning and further motorway construction in Bohemia and Moravia.The success of these meetings, which the Protectorate government approved, was that, with regard to the sight of the Czech motorways to the sudeten German and douch autobalnes,the Czech highways will in principle have a road width of 7.5 m as in Germany,so that the width of the motorway in the crown will be 22 m. (Fig.3 ) In addition, it was agreed that those sections on which heavy traffic would be affected would have a normal width of 28.5 m such as the ReichsauObahnen.The Prague Ring and part of the line would only be carried out in the width of 22.0 m at Frag about 25 km in length.It was also agreed that the speed on the Czech motorways would be increased at l60 km/h.
