English Translation
8. Administrations to the extent of the city administration of Prague usually hold a central desk, the namentli- cal copies, transcriptions of larger transcripts, etc. Whereas the economic use of such a facility requires the compilation of a large number of services in a building complex; whereas such central facilities should be sought in all administrative buildings which fulfil this requirement; After establishing a direct spatial link between the Old Town Hall and the administrative building immediately adjacent to it, a central desk would be advantageous for this building complex. A central desk would allow the typists to be better supervised, their labour force fully evaluated and machine facilities to be used to a greater extent.
