Property Office, The Property Office is intended to take over the business of land transport provided by the Economic Department I A and the Department of Commerce and Industry Division I and Division 4a. The administration of the urban baths, which has so far been provided by the Department of Economic Activities, is a new addition to the previous business circle of the Economic Office. For this purpose, several forces are employed in the administration in part, combined with two higher-level services and an auxiliary staff. The real estate office must also rent the premises required for urban services in non-urban buildings.The allocation of the offices to the services is carried out by the Office of Organizations and Audits, the building maintenance by the Hohbauamt. From the previous responsibilities of Unit I A, the supervision of general land transport is transferred to the Office for the Administration of Buildings, which so far has been occupied by 1 speaker.
