The building office so far employed 3l surveying engineers of the higher service. A factual need for this large number of academically formed surveying officers does not exist, they can to a considerable extent be replaced by technicians of the upper service. In addition , according to the condition of 28 February 1992 , the building office was occupied by Dept. 1 : 2 civil servants of the higher service , 1 technician of the middle 11 1 administrative officer of the senior service, 7 officials of the intermediate administrative service, 7. draughtsmen , 57 employees of the simple technical and law firm auxiliary service  , together with the surveying engineers lo6 staff . Part of the forces are engaged in the surveying and recording of the municipal land and the public good, as well as the determination and marking of the boundaries for the new catastral survey of the city. This work is to be terminated in about 3 years. The necessary places are shown in the establishment plan with the kw.-notice.
