335 5o. Building administration office. The building administration office is to be re-established. In it are primarily the common affairs of the building administration grouped together and in it also the forces acting directly for the departmental officer are to be included. The Office is divided into two departments, the first of which has to carry out the general tasks directly related to the management of the building, while the second department is created for very legal matters and also provides the increasing land estimates of the city administration, as well as the overriding tasks of price formation and price monitoring - including the provision of rent and rent in the real estate sector. Price formation and monitoring as well as property estimates have been transferred to the building administration office because the documents are largely supplied by the technical departments. The head of the building management office is also intended as representative of the construction department.
