English Translation
Each of the 12 district offices of the Office of Health should be assigned to a senior physician and an auxiliary physician as well as the necessary auxiliary staff. In principle, each district office should include the following facilities: 1. Office and ordination of the district physician , 2. l Mother's advisory centre with facilities for the care of pregnant women and infants , 3. School health care facilities with a school dental clinic , 4. l Tuberculore care centre , 5. 1 care centre for the treatment of the sick, 6. care centres for the mentally ill, mentally debilitating and difficult to raise children etc. The second doctor assigned to each district doctor is to work in addition to the employment office mainly as a full-time school doctor in the area of the district office. 1 administrative officer and 2 typing assistants , 5 health supervisors each , 1 health nurses for family care and technical assistants . This equipment of the district offices will significantly increase the number of health care workers . Instead of the above figure of 197 , the establishment plan will include 437 full-time staff . However , this increase is only a deplorable one , and is due to the assumption that voluntary health care institutions will be incorporated into the city's direct administration . Whereas according to the situation of 28.2.1942 a number of 104 full-time doctors is recorded, this will in future be only 42.
